Marked Collins & Co- Hartford- Conn in three lines. Blade dated 1861. Collins short style hilt- 118 mm long with 15 ribs. 51 mm spring. 20.3 mm MRD. Serial number is 51 on the end of the pommel. A very scarce US brass hilt bayonet. Button and spring work well.
