Dutch M1815 socket bayonet n/s.

The M1815 bayonet remained in service and unchanged for decades. In this era these were made to fit the Dutch copy of the French 1822-42 musket. This one is maker marked with a two letter code. It also has the crown over L inspection stamp often seen on Dutch arms of this era. The blade is bent slightly near the tip.
